Terms & Conditions
Bookings and Payments
Full payment can be made at the time of booking or in person at your PT session.
Online payments, card payments and cash are all acceptable.
Bookings can be made up to 6 hours before the session.
Sessions may be block booked in your 'pre-agreed' slot as far ahead as the calendar will allow.
Please do not block book random sessions as this may cause clashes.
Bookings with an outstanding balance should be settled in person during your session.
In the event that you decide not to continue with PT sessions or classes, any outstanding pre-payed sessions will be refunded in full via your original payment method (where possible).
Can I make changes to my booking?
You are free to make changes to your booking up to 6 hours before the session is due to start.
I never charge for cancellations from regular weekly clients as we all have childcare, work and family to juggle.
If you are unable to attend your session, please notify me ASAP so the session can be reallocated.
Your booking can be transferred or the money paid held on account for the following session.
Please note a transfer cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
If a session is cancelled by Liz due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a transfer will be offered at no additional cost.
Your Health & Wellbeing
Your Health is your Responsibility. Exercise carries its own risk, and you should therefore never exercise beyond your ability. If you have any doubts as to your fitness, or you have any medical conditions that may affect your safety through exercise, you should seek advice from your doctor before partaking in the Activity.
Before your first session, you must complete a PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire) health questionnaire and agree to the following statement concerning Your health:
I wish to embark on a programme of physical activity and confirm that I do not have any health conditions which may prevent or adversely affect my participation in the exercise programme and/or induction. If my health status changes, I will seek guidance and clearance to exercise from my General Practitioner or other relevant heath professional before participating any further in the physical Activity.
If you are a long term client, it is advisable to complete a new PARQ questionnaire annually.
During PT sessions it is important to listen to instructions and advice about how to exercise safely. Posture, form, weather conditions and safe handling of the equipment will all be vital and should be considered at all times.
Your Property
We will be training outside and as such you can expect to get a little wet and muddy occasionally. Please do not wear clothes that you would not be prepared to get dirty. It is advisable to remove watches and jewellery before training to avoid damage or injury. We shall not be liable for any damage to, loss, or theft of personal property belonging to You at our facility including from cars parked at the facility, except to the extent that any such loss, damage or theft of personal property is as a result of Our negligent action or omission, in which case Our liability to compensate You shall be limited to a reasonable amount in Our absolute opinion.
